Shortlist in 2 days
Within 2 working days after understanding our client’s needs we were ready with a shortlist of 3 independent top designers, who actually responded to all the requirements. The next step: making sure that candidates fit the organization and understand its values and communication vision. We went through that by organizing quick 'online coffee sessions' and by asking chosen designers to do (paid) homework. After that short and effective process the client team was ready with their decision, and our HI expert started working immediately on ongoing projects.
